In many ways, Thunderbirds FAB Cross Sections is a rerun of Ravette's 'International Rescue Book of Thunderbirds FAB Cross Sections', in that the majority of the 'cross sectioned' subjects are the same. Beyond that, however, the similarity ends! Thunderbirds FAB Cross Sections is a 32 page hardback published by Carlton Books. It retailed for Ł12.99 and virtually sold out, despite being reprinted twice. In fact, it went into the children's best-seller lists for several weeks over the Christmas 2000 period! Significantly, the artwork is vastly different to the work produced for Fleetway and Ravette. Here the vehicles are illustrated in much more detail on white backgrounds, enabling the technical captions to be printed in foreign languages if required.

Cross sections included are:

• A spread of smaller Pod Vehicle drawings including the Firefly, the Domo, Transmitter truck and Recovery vehicle, among others.
